Wag Tantrum had an incredible product and a deeply personal brand story. What they needed was a cohesive visual and content strategy that communicated their values clearly and connected emotionally with their ideal audience. Our role was to help bring that story to life across channels, increase visibility, and create a foundation for growth.
Solution
We started by developing a strategic three-month content calendar focused on brand education, product trust, and emotional resonance. We designed custom graphics to break down the product offering and guided the visual storytelling with curated video content—highlighting founder insights, happy pups, and real customer testimonials. In parallel, we refined their website messaging to better reflect the brand’s voice and began building out their email segmentation structure to prepare for automated flows and campaign strategies.
